I was 14-18 years old and stupid, believed he’d change but it never did. 
However, the cheating isn’t want caused me to leave. 
He beat me on March 28th 2016 and I was actually pregnant and it caused a miscarriage. Fractured ribs, the whole jazz.

Yes & he did it again. He ended up breaking up with me the night of my aunt’s wedding (I was waiting on him to arrive). He said it was because he was afraid I was gonna do the same thing to him 🙃 then he tried getting back with me when I was seeing someone else

I was with a controlling, manipulative, physically & emotionally abusive man. I stayed the first few times he cheated even through everything else he put me through. Then he did it again and put his hands on me, so I left! Was not worth the wasted time and energy when I could have found someone better for me much sooner had I left the first time it happened.
