I recently moved into a new house, Within the first week my dog broke out of her kennel and ate a giant hole in the wall . She has separation anxiety I don’t get mad and her but I don’t know what to do ! I bought a new kennel, it was completely destroyed within the first hour of leaving her . So I decided if she gets so anxious she destroys stuff and hurts herself (she is scratched up and missing all her face fur from breaking out of the kennel) let’s get her a sedative and anxiety meds. It worked for about a week and she was back at it again, She is never alone for more then two hours. its at the point we are scared to leave because I don’t want her to literally kill her self getting out of her kennel . She used to be kennelled perfectly fine and stay in it she even chose to sleep in it . This started when we moved last month. I have even considered muzzling her before she severely hurt herself but it seems unfair because she doesn’t have an understanding of why should would be wearing and and she will freak out and it just scares me to do that . Any recommendations? The vet bills and kennels and meds are all adding up. I need advice 😩 **we’ve done all the training recommendations like I said she used to be trained this is all recent, last two weeks we have been training .
