My periods are irregular, and by irregular I mean that I have them about 3-4x a year and NEVER know when it's coming so can embarrassingly come at any moment. With this unfortunate problem I have went through so many undies due to the stain (it's gross, I know). Well I have a new pair of cotton undies that just went through it and I don't know how to remove this. I know not to wash in hot water but I can never get it out and don't want to keep buying more or keeping the ruined ones around. I just want to have normal undies again without having this mishap destroying them all.
