One hour glucose test
So I had the one hour test today and failed with a 186. For breakfast I had scrambled eggs and turkey bacon and for lunch I had a salad with lemon juice. I’ll be going in for the three hour test on Monday but just wondering if there is any hope that I don’t have GD or is the 186 number pretty much guaranteeing that I have it. Freaking out 😢
