Thrush

My 6 week old twins both have thrush. Their poor little mouths are in so much pain that they scream and cry and spit out the majority of their food during feedings. I hate seeing them in pain. Is their any ways I can help to relieve the pain for them? What would y’all recommend?

I can’t get a hold of the pediatrician right now as it is a weekend.
