So my nephews mom is with an abusive drug addict. There's tons of proof that any reasonable judge would give my brother full custody of my nephew but no the judge denied him. Im so mad.

A recording about her saying she brings him to deep classes and found out he was getting Suboxone while she was at work.

The state has been called on her 4 times this year.

She even had a friend call the state on her.

The cops have been involved.

Still the judge denied my brother custody because "I don't believe the state should take kids away from their parents"

Such bullshit. Yeah, wait till my poor autistic nephew who cant speak for himself gets hurt badly enough he ends up near death.
