HCG at 5weeks 6 days or 6weeks

Hi my hcg levels came back at 94000 today and 3 days back when i was 5 weeks 3 days it was 52000. Is this normal? My doctor or specialist do not say anything and asked me to come for ultrasound at 8th week. I just want to know did anyone had this high hcg numbers and ended up having healthy pregnancy?
