Weird question

Has anyone ever had a slight pain in their side more towards the back? I am 10 days out from my period and just got done ovulating. Me and my bf havent been very intimate this month so I doubt it's pregnancy. It just started a few days ago and I'm just wondering if maybe I did conceive or if it's maybe kidney stones or something? Any advice?
