Hi Guys -

I’m 40+2. I had a sweep yesterday and think I may of had my bloody show this morning. Or it could of been from my sweep, although I did have some mucus+blood not long after my sweep also.

I’ve just been on a really long walk and I’m still bouncing on my yoga ball. My midwife said Clary sage oil can help bring on contractions. Has anyone got any experience of this?

I’ve ordered some from Amazon to come today so planning on having a bath with some later.
