How is multiple miscarriage treated?

I am preparing for my 4th miscarriage in 2 years. They found no heart beat at my last ultra sound. I should have been 7w6d, the farthest I have ever made it. I am just curious as to what we can try. I had some blood work done after my 3rd miscarriage and D&C but they couldn’t find anything wrong with me. This time around I took progesterone suppositories.  I’m scared to keep trying to end up with the same heart breaking result. Has this happened to anyone? How are you treating it?

U should have had an RPL, and full genetic testing

You need to see an RE and have RLP panel done. With the timing of the losses they will probably want genetic testing also. If you want to know what all they're testing for you can google recurrent pregnancy loss panel and get some information on what they typically test for.

I am very new to all of this... what’s an RE? Here is a screen shot of what fertility specialist ran last year. I don’t know what any of it means though.

I’ 34 and had three losses: one pre-mature birth at 20 w long time ago, and then two very early ones in last 10 months. 
Went to obgyn first, then higher risk doctor, then RE, did a reoccurring mc panel testing:
Ultrasound, sis, hsg;
Blood clotting (prothrombin, factor V Leiden)
Karyotypes
AMH
TSH- thyroid
Hemoglobin A1c - diabetes
Vit D
Lupus anticoagulant, anticardiolipin Ab, beta 2 glycoprotein 
Genetic testing (both my husband and me) 
Everything came back normal but my TSH was at 3.01 (lowered it already to 2.5 by medication) , and Vit D was at 21, when they want it at least 30+ ,  I’m taking a supplement. 
Now we are doing a medicated cycle with letrozole, my RE thinks it can help with “superovulation” creating more progesterone to sustain early pregnancy. And then put me on progesterone shots since I had a 2nd trimester loss. 
I hope this works. If not, we were told that IVF could help since it’s a very closely monitored process, embryos being tested, etc. 
hopefully we won’t have to go that route and medicated cycle works for us 
Have you done any of these tests above ? I’m pretty sure that after 2nd mc they ran some tests. Hopefully they will find a reason, I know how difficult this situation is, when you have no idea what’s wrong with you and babies just don’t stick :(

IVF with PGS testing is what we did after multiple miscarriages. A fertility specialist will do the full workup on you and your partner and advise you of the best path forward. Very sorry for your loss.

Thank you all for commenting on this chain. I miscarried for the fourth time early this morning. It was horrendously painful but my body passed everything on its own this time. Once we have time to heal I will start looking into the steps you have all told me about. Thank you for the info and your support. Best of luck to all of you on your journeys!

I’m so sorry for your losses. I had two missed miscarriages and decided to see a fertility specialist. We did all sorts of tests and couldn’t initially find anything that might have been causing them. We went ahead with IVF with PGS testing. Then did a test called an ERA. This looked at my endometrial lining and determined when it would be receptive to implantation. Turns out my lining was not receptive until 13 hours after what is most typical. They just gave me progesterone a little early before my frozen embryo transfer and it worked. I’m 29 weeks pregnant. There can be so many reasons for miscarriage but I would 100% recommend seeing a fertility specialist.
