I started spotting(only brown) last Sunday

I had mild cramps Monday to Thursday

And have had intermittent cramping with a light bleeding since Thursday

I have not passed any clots or tissue

Only light bleeding

I’m almost 11 weeks (Monday) but lost the baby at 6

I’m just wondering

How long should it take until I start passing tissue and the sac/baby?

This wait it killing me

I feel like I’m finally starting to grieve and accept this loss

But it’s so frustrating how long it’s taking to happen.
