Heparin blood thinner

So I’m 36 weeks and I’m I was on lovenox this whole pregnancy due to a previous PE back in 2016 and at 36 weeks I got switched to heparin so it would be safer at time of delivery. Well as soon as I took my first shot I have had terrible side effects, chest pains, shortness of breath, yesterday my tongue started tingling on one side and I’ve reached out to my doctor twice about it and currently waiting on a phone call back. Is there other blood thinners I can be on that is safe during pregnancy? I was suppose to get induced at 38 weeks due to the complications with preterm labor and the baby measuring big, but I doubt they will take me any sooner than that right? But it’s also dangerous to not be able to be on a blood thinner so in my opinion that’s a good reason to be induced. Idk I’m so emotional over this whole thing. It’s been the hardest pregnancy (pregnancy #4) for me and I have TERRIBLE anxiety. Any advice?
