Do breast cancer lumps hurt? Yesterday morning I found a lump on one of my breast. It's located between my breast, on the side. (The cleavage area) I am beyond upset, I hope that it's not cancer. Being that my grandmothers sister passed away from breast cancer ... It's painful to the touch but I heard that cancer lumps don't hurt ...
