Horrendous spot breakout

I’m 8 weeks & a few days I usually have clear skin but I have broken out in horrible spots first just on my chin now a few on cheeks and forehead too arghh is tea tree face wash ok to use during pregnancy? Does anyone have any suggestions for pregnancy spots/acne UK
