30w 5d anyone have trouble breathing??

No matter how I lay I have trouble breathing and I get these intermittent headaches. Is this normal?

Yes I’m definitely having both but my doctor said it’s not preeclampsia. I guess it’s just a side affect of the pregnancy. None the less, it’s not pleasant 🙃

Honestly it feels like my boobs are suffocating me. I’m trying to sleep on a bit of an incline to help but It doesn’t seem to make much of a difference lol. Might start crashing on the lazy boy lmao

I've had shortness of breath throughout pregnancy.
If the headaches are severe, they can be a sign of preeclampsia so I'd bring it up with your doctor. Otherwise, it's just the normal joys of being pregnant.

I've had trouble the whole pregnancy because my nose is consistently plugged, especially when I go to bed.

I’m having troubles breathing too. I think its normal as everything is squished in there including lungs.

Yes!! 32 weeks now and it’s mainly when I’m laying down/reclined in a chair!
