1 drink and pumping.
Yesterday I decided to have a mikes hard lemonade. Our baby is in the NICU and I drank one after we got back from the hospital yesterday but I only drank 1 and that was around 5:30 pm. It is now 5:30 am. Is it safe to pump now or should I pump and dump ?
