Help?

I don't get it! Spotting brown and red since Tuesday, now I only find brown blood when I "dig" for it. Had sore breasts but not sore anymore, but still full. Nauseous every day esp in the morning, no cramps. Bunches of gas lol. All my tests have been negative. My AF isn't due until Saturday but I ALWAYS have cramps before and acne and I don't this time and it's never been this early before.
