I am 7 months pregnant and my baby usually moves often but for the past 3 days he hasn’t moved very much at all and when he does it feels like he’s all the way on he side of my stomach right by my hip is that normal?

Have you done a kick count?pick a time of day when baby is most active, drink cold water or oj, lay on your left side and count movements till you get 10 in an hour or 2. Never hesitate to call or go in if you are concerned about decreased movement or a change in your baby’s normal movement pattern.

Some days are less movement for me too, my midwife wasn’t concerned, but suggested that if you are feeling nervous and want to make sure, eat something with sugar or caffeine and baby will likely move around a lot more.
