I was worried about this when I was ttc and did a lot of research and turned up with no. It’s definitely not great for ttc as it can make your cm thicker (and thinner is better for the sperm to swim through to reach the egg) but besides that it can’t really do much else. 
Your doctor can give you medicine to clear it up. Also, I started taking a probiotic because I used to get reoccurring bv and ever since I did that I haven’t gotten bv again. It’s been a year (used to get it multiple times a year).

But you’re not supposed to have sex until a week after the meds finish other wise you’ll just be sharing bacteria back and forth
