Hey ladies !! I know there’s probably a bunch of you who are currently using the IUD kyleena , I’ve been on it for a few months now , and have recently started becoming depressed. Extremely emotional as well. I’ve looked up side effects multiple times but haven’t really seen anything saying that it can cause depression . My question is ; is anyone else currently struggling with it or has in the past while having this iud ?

I’m not sure if it’s the cause of it or not but trying to figure out if that’s why!

Note - i will be calling my doctor to ask & will be setting up appointments with a therapist soon, just wanna see if it’s just me or if this is a common thing !!
