This breaks my heart

My boyfriend of three years messaged me this morning and told me he doesn’t feel anything for me anymore. Absolutely no feelings at all and he says he can never like me again. Just a month ago he’s telling me how much he loves me and saying he’s obsessed and addicted to me. I don’t understand what happened and I don’t understand how he could never possibly like me again. I thought he loved me. we just had our three year anniversary about a month ago and we went out on this beautiful date and he surprised me with a love letter and things like that. Why would he not like me anymore? I understand love can fade but this doesn’t make sense to me and I’m so hurt. He says he still wants to see me and meet in person but he just doesn’t have any emotion feelings anymore.

He said it’s nothing I did. He just doesn’t love me anymore.
