Peppermint is supposed to be a good aide for nausea, I use ginger tummy drops though.

I ate a TON of raw veggies in my first trimester this pregnancy. Carrots, celery, broccoli, radish, and cucumbers. And block cheese. Almonds or cashews. It was hard to find anything with a good amount of protein but nuts worked. I also ate avocado toast. Didn’t eat meat until like 15w.

I ate tons of peanut butter toast, bagels, watermelon, popcorn, pepperoni pizza, and cold cut sandwiches. Oh yea and jolly ranchers in between to avoid vomiting.

I ate pb and j and grilled cheese a lot! I’ve noticed heavier food helps it stay down better 😬

McDonald’s bacon egg and cheese biscuit 😂. Maybe it was the carbs that helped me. Idk.
