Sort of a rough/bumpy urethra opening?

I started feeling around down there, just cause I had a yeast infection recently and wanted to see if anything felt different.

And when I got to around my urethra opening (where I pee) it seems like it’s a little bit rough/bumpy a bit?

I’ve never felt around before so idk if that’s normal. I just had a pelvic exam last week so idk if it was bumpy then and she’d notice or what.
