How often to have sex during your fertile window?

My doctor recommended we have sex every other day from cd10 to cd20. She recommends every other day to allow more  healthy sperm to regenerate. I’ve read where you should do it every day during your fertile window, but I have also read every other day. So I don’t know what the best thing to do is! What is your all’s opinion on it and what does your dr recommend you do?

We go at it as much as we want. I don't really think there's a such thing as "to much sex". In my opinion the more sperm the better when ttc. Good luck and baby dust to you

Personally we try to have sex every day during my fertile window......if we skip a day i try to skip early during the week so its not close to ovulation

Every second day is the recommendation if there are suspected sperm issues to give time for regeneration.  For men without issues, every day is fine.  I think some Drs are overly cautious and follow the first recommendation.  
We BD every 1-2 days, depending on life and work etc.

I think it depend on the man’s sperm. Some regenerate faster than others or their count is higher than others so they can have sex every day. Those with lower sperm count should wait every other day
