Is anyone else’s partner not good with hospitals, blood etc? Mine can’t even watch me get my blood pressure taken without feeling queasy.

I’m worried about him during birth.

He’s even said to me that he won’t be in the room with me if I have to have a C-section. My only other support person is my mum and she lives 12 hours away so if the baby comes before Mum visits I won’t have anyone 😟

(Edit: husband won’t let Mum in the room if he’s in there. He said “it’s either her or me”)

I can’t afford a doula and i have a different midwife at each appointment and won’t know who’s on until the day.

Anyone else in the same position?
