Soft stool
So I’m currently 31 wks 2 days and for the past 3-4 days I have been waking up with my stomach turning and having diarrhea. Throughout the day I’m fine.. my stomach may turn a little but it’ll just be gas. Nothing has changed in my diet, I’m not cramping or anything just random diarrhea started 🤦🏽♀️. Is this normal for trimester 3?
