How to deal with stomach pain?!

It happens whenever i eat and at night (laying down) its hurt even worse ugh :( any advice!!

I used to have stomach pain after eating, I thought it was constipation. Turns out I needed to be gluten free. Whenever I ate gluten I had stomach problems and even developed acid reflux. My symptoms  stopped after going gluten free. It's been 5 years now and I feel good and was able to stop taking meds for acid reflux.

Maybe you are constipated. I had a similar problem this summer :( I think what happened is that I was constipated. I took milk of magnesia and felt soooo much better! Then I upped the fiber and began eating heathier.

Other possibilities are that you are gluten I tolerant or you are having gall stone issues. "Stomach pain" is such a broad term that it could be anything!
