If that caused burning, you might have year infection? There's really no reason a cotton swap should cause burning but if you had a yeast infection the running could cause you to notice itching/burning. Just a thought. I've had never ending yeast infections with this pregnancy, but it can be totally normal. It's not a hygiene issue at all, just PH levels all screwed up.
