I would try again with a First Response Early Result brand test. The ue dye tests are notirous for these false positives and evap lines. I wouldn't trust such a faint blue dye test line without grying a FRER too. First Response is much more sensitive than the blue dye tests anyway (FRER gives positive around and HCG level of 5; blue dye starts at HCG levels of 25 to 50).
