I just squeezed my boob a little bit while putting on lotion ( I usually give myself a breast exam once a week while doing this) and a bit of clear, slightly yellowish liquid came out. It is surprisingly oily and greasy feeling and pretty gross lol.

Is this colostrum? I am currently 29 weeks.

Should I be wearing nursing pads from now on? The last thing I want to do is leak while in public or stain my bras.. not sure if I have to worry about leaking or if this will only happen if I touch my breasts
