Could I be pregnant?

Hello! I am 16. I take Sprintec (a combination pill). I’m the first week of my current pill pack (I’m starting the placebo tomorrow) I missed two pills in a row. I knew I was unprotected, so I haven’t any *actual* sex this pill pack. However, my boyfriend and I have done other things like 69 and fingering to where there was *maybe* a chance for semen to have slipped in. I am someone who is overly anxious and paranoid to where I can barely function at times, so I am sure that nothing got in, BUT I am having PMS symptoms while I am on the pill. I don’t know if this is because of the pills I missed or if it’s because I’m preggo. My boobs are a little more tender, my uterus/ovaries area has been dull and crampy, I’ve had minor headaches, all of which are the telltale signs of both PMS and pregnancy. I haven’t really gotten much PMS on the pill (I’ve taken it for about a year now) but I have also never missed two in a row. Could these be symptoms because I’m pregnant or because I used my pill incorrectly?
