Postpartum weight loss
I have lost 20 lbs about of 36 I gained and I’m at a stand still. I’m 2 weeks 4 days postpartum and I wanna lose it fast.
I had a c section so I can’t do strenuous activities but I can do some! Do you have any tips to lose it? And if you have any meal ideas? I lose better on low calorie foods.
