First ultrasound felt baby movement during it?

I had my first ultrasound today at 14w 4d

The tech was pushing down a little hard and when she was doing that I could see the baby moving on the monitor and I could feel the baby moving as well 🥰definitely threw me off cause I didn’t think I could feel it early

But was she pushing to hard? Or just trying to get the baby to move to see it on the ultrasound?

Now I’m a little tempted to push around to see if I can feel the movement again lol
