Placenta ultrasound question

Caitlyn

In 2 days I go in for an ultrasound of my placenta to see if I'm eligible for a vaginal birth. Last time I had it checked it was still too close to my cervix for my OB to be comfortable with me attempting a vaginal. I'll be 33+2 when I get the ultrasound, so will they schedule a csection right then, if I end up needing one? Or do they typically wait a little bit and check again closer to the 40 week mark?
