Allergies

I never used to have allergies in the fall now all of the sudden this year I do. I'm getting mixed messages from the internet and the doctors I've seen. Some say it's fine to take allergy meds others say there hasn't been enough research. Even when I wasn't pregnant I tried to avoid medicines because the only thing that seemed to work was Zyrtec and it also gave me the weirdest dreams/nightmares. Does anyone know of a natural remedy that's safe to use while pregnant?
