Preseed Success?

Question

Going on 10 months TTC with no luck and noticed that i don’t really produce the EWCM everyone talks about. I know I ovulate because I use OPKs and get cramping around the time I ovulate but was wondering if Preseed helped anyone conceive? I wanna try everything before I decide to make the call to the doctor. I also take prenatals. Any and all comments are welcome.

No I used it and got pregnant but had a miscarriage then I used it every month after for 3 months nothing then when I stopped doing everything I got pregnant just after 2 months

Me and my husband were TTC for over a year with no luck, in that time I used pre seed and it didn’t help! Once we ran out of pre seed I didn’t buy anymore and just used our regular lube and I fell pregnant last month, sending baby dust xxx
