How do you exercise after a baby?

My daughter is four months old now and I want to get back in shape. But how do I do that, realistically? I don’t have reliable babysitters (family members - I don’t trust other people) who can watch her on a consistent basis. The gym has daycare, but I won’t leave her there until she’s fully vaccinated - too many outbreaks to risk that. She’s a horrible nap-taker and will usually only go down for twenty minutes at a time. She hates being left alone and screams to be picked up often.

So how do you do it, moms?? I need help 😭
