BV or just after sex smell???

I’ve only had BV once and it was from bleeding for nearly two months straight following a miscarriage. Got it cleared up, didn’t know I had it, no symptoms or anything. I’m in my fertile window right now and me and my bf have been having sex almost every day or every other day. I don’t notice a smell normally but I feel like I have the slightest faintest fishy smell today after having sex last night. It’s barely noticeable and I don’t think I have any other symptoms of BV. My bf says he can’t smell anything. I made an appointment for tomorrow just to check but what do you all think? Should I be concerned? Is BV dangerous?
