Failed 3hr glucose test.

I'm at a loss getting diagnosed with gestational diabetes on top of having hyperemesis Gravidarum I have no idea how I'm going to do this. I barely eat as it is and when I do eat its toast and crackers most of the time which is carbs that turn into sugar. I have no idea what I'm supposed to do I only have 10 weeks left and all I wanna do is cry this whole pregnancy has just been so horrible I want it to all be over already! Anyone ever deal with both GD and HG? How did you manage the diet they gave you and keep enough nutrients because of throwing them up :(.
