Low sex drive?

Hi! 
So I was wondering if anyones dealt with their partner having little (or absolutely no) sex drive. 
Just trying to see everyone's experiences If you're willing to talk about it that is! Like maybe things that helped or how you guys communicated about it without it becoming an issue or argument. Anything is appreciated, thanks !!

Yes, it was actually hard on me because it was abrupt. He only would say he doesn't want sex because of his medication, which kinda made sense except it didn't stop him for 5 entire months & he was taking it the whole time. Suddenly it was like he was just over sex, and it got very awkward with sexual intimacy, all intimacy was nonsexual... only randomly would he just want to have sex, but it was really rare.
Im at least glad we had nonsexual intimacy, like cuddling. I do really enjoy that...
But I got really sexually frustrated because I found him very attractive and constantly wanted sex. My sex dtive went up around the same time lol. So my vibrator got a lot of use.
It was hard to talk about, because he didn't want to talk about it at all, I just tried to respect his boundaries but figure out what was going on, because it was very different at first. 
It scared me having my sex life just die like that... out of absolutely nowhere! I was so confused if it was ever coming back or if he cared.
I don't feel like he did, he didn't care to attempt to pleasure me, and completely refused after I had given him oral one time. 
It was just very awkward and I couldn't figure out what happened, he gave short explainations only like "its my medicine" or "i have been depressed" - nothing further. There wasn't room for further conversation. 
And i was just understanding and supportive, despite just feeling odd and frustrated.
We broke up for unrelated reasons. He was being disrespectful and lying to me about some things.
