Does anyone else’s baby not jump in their jumper? I thought maybe she’s too short so I put blankets under her and she straightens her legs above it. Idk if this is okay for her or not I don’t want it giving her hip issues in the future 😅

This looks like the same jumperoo style we have (finding nemo) and my son wouldn’t jump in it, he’d do the same thing with his legs or he’d just lay back and chill. It wasn’t until he was 7-8 months he actually started jumping in it, now he’s 9 months and doesn’t even want to go in it, when he does by chance he never jumps! 🤷‍♀️🙄

My little girl is 12 months and still doesn’t jump when I put her in it. 🤷🏽‍♀️ she’s developing just fine. She just never was really into jumping

My doctor said not to use it until baby could sit unassisted. I started using it when my son was almost six months and he bounced in it a little the first few times then it was like he decided he didn’t want to anymore. I kept putting him in it since he was still happy to play with the toys and then one day he just started jumping again! Now he jumps in it like crazy!

If she’s not putting weight on her feet while I’m there, I’d stop using it for a few weeks and try again then. I can’t imagine it’s good for her to just be dangling like that. 
Another poster made a good point that’s important: only babies toes should be able to reach the floor. If they can be flat footed then it’s adjusted too low.

She's too low, only the front half of her foot should be touching. How old is she? Mine just turned 5 months and we just got her one, probably could have used it a month ago even.
