Face wash with cleanser

How often do you wash Your face with a cleanser? I’m wondering if I should only use a cleanser at night and water in the morning. I have very oily skin. Doesn’t anyone have any tips? Trying to control the oil

When you overwash, you’re stripping the skin of its natural oils. This tells the skin to make more oils. So I definitely wouldn’t wash twice a day.

I think just once a day is fine, doing it too much can irritate your skin and make things worse. If you have oily skin maybe you can get some of those little sheet things that you rub your face with to soak up the oils, and just use some of those throughout the day.

I have really oily skin so I cleanse in the morning and night. I use Cetaphil Pro Oily Skin at night and Burt’s Bees Deep Cleansing Cream in the morning.

My skin is super dry, I only use it when I shower. I dont wear much makeup anymore either, usually just mascara but if I need to remove it on non shower days I use wipes

Once a day, in the night, before sleep. Then, moisturiser. 2 times is a bit too much and having an oily skin isn't because you aren't washing your face enough, it usually means the opposite.
