After 3 miscarriages and 2 medicated <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> cycles, I am currently about 6 week pregnant. Because of my history I am absolutely terrified I will lose this one too.

I work in the office of a small family-owned business. There are about 30 employees, but only myself and my boss’ daughter work in the office doing HR/Admin things. Today I overheard her on the phone scheduling her first appt for being pregnant. She is due one week after me. I feel like a terrible person because my first reaction was that my heart sank. If I have another miscarriage I can’t even imagine working alongside of her and covering for her during her pregnancy and time off. On the other hand both of us being pregnant at the same time seems very awkward considering she is the family of the family business and im positive she will expect me to pick up her slack. I hate that I am stressed out about this and feel like a terrible person! Infertility/miscarriages really ruin pregnancy. 😭
