Help! My milk supply is dropping all of a sudden for no reason. My LO is 6 months and we’ve been EBF the entire time (I pump when at work though and he drinks breast milk in a bottle while I’m at work). Randomly I’m not making enough any more and I don’t know what else to do! I’ve been eating lactation cookies, increased my water intake, drinking the body armor drinks, and power pumping. Is it just inevitable that my milk is just drying up for no reason? 😩
