26-28 3d or 4d scan

I’m thinking of doing my 4d ultrasound when I am 26 weeks... some people are saying to wait until I’m further. Please show me your 3d and 4d ultrasound pics along with how many weeks. Also was it worth it?!! Thanks mommies
