Doubling up

I went camping two days ago and brought one of my pills with me. but it was about 100 degrees so I put it in a container inside a thermos. i did take it on time, but it was soft. my boyfriend and i were worried so i took two yesterday as a precaution. should i still take my one tonight or no?
