Have you ever tried a diva cup, period cup, flex, or anything of that nature?
So I just ordered a trial pack of two months worth of medium sized Flex cups? Rings? Don't know what to call it. I'm nervous, it's my first time back on my period since 2 years (I've been on birth control) and I hate the bleeding. Supposedly it reduces cramps and bloating significantly too but I need a real opinion from experienced ladies. Please help me with any insight!
