What are these bites. I have been getting one each day for the past three days. I have no idea what it is. I have searched my bed sheets and cannot find any bugs or any trace of any kind of bug.

was thinking a spider because there looks like three little holes (three fangs??) but I literally looked everywhere and could not find a spider anywhere in my room

Two on my stomach near my waistline and one on the back of my thigh near my butt so far. I’m sure I’ll get another one by tomorrow. Yet I cannot see any bug anywhere I’ve looked so hard and I’ve cleaned too and showered
