Had a couple beers..
So today I had 2 white claws around 5, 6ish.. it’s now 11, am I ok to breastfeed now? I didn’t pump & dump but will it be alright? Or should I pump & dump and then breastfeed later on? I have some in my freezer for her until morning.
White claw is 5% alcohol, so basically I had two beers about 4-5 hours ago.
