Heart problems?

The last few days I’ve had a heart palpitations at random. Shortness of breath, chest pain/ tightness, speeding heart changed to really slow heart rate , dizzy/ light headed.

This goes off an on throughout the day.

I’ve gotten blood work done n it’s all good. At the ER now and have been here forever and by now I feel better. But Ik that won’t last and the hospital is just gonna brush it off but it’s been happening for a little now. Idk what tf it is. Also some positions (like when I’m sleeping on my left side) it hurts my chest more compared to a diff position. Ugh this sucks.
